Gather around the dining table for shared meals before sliding open the doors to the covered patio, where a BBQ and outdoor dining setting overlook the fully fenced grassy yard.
The primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a king bed and private ensuite. A second bedroom features a queen bed, while two additional bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed, making the home well suited to families or groups travelling together. The main bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a standalone bath, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the coast. Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Rental Agreement
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Please note that while this booking channel does not count infants towards the total number of guests, local permit regulations require infants to be included in the property's maximum occupancy. When making your booking, please ensure infants are included in your total number of guests.
Bookings that exceed the property's maximum occupancy, including infants, will need to be amended or cancelled.
