Our homes are designed to be a home away from home, a place to get together with family and friends. Set on a large established parcel of land, in a quiet corner of the town and literally metres from the Margaret River foreshore, The River House is brand new to the holiday market and is an idyllic getaway for families.
This contemporary, double storey home is immaculately presented by the owners with 5 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, both with separate showers and one with a large bath.

Whilst all bedrooms are spacious and have built in robes and crisp white linen, the master suite is fit for royalty, with king sized bed, stylish furnishings, walk in robe and en-suite. A travel cot is available for newborn guests.
The expansive central living and dining area, featuring a gourmet kitchen with a striking cathedral ceiling, boasts brand-new, high-quality furniture, a book library, and plenty of space for families to unwind. The living space is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner for comfort. Four doors lead out to a large entertaining deck that offers stunning views of the lush, mature gardens, framed by tall native trees.
Upstairs behind a child safe gate, you’ll find two bedrooms (one with reverse cycle air conditioning) and an area for kids, or kids at heart to play Wii, watch movies or just chill, whilst mum and dad relax with a glass on the Juliet balcony overlooking the beautiful Riverslea Valley.
Fully appointed with brand new furnishings and equipment, you'll find everything you will ever need to enjoy a quick break or extended stay with even a kayak to take on the river.

You really couldn't be better placed at The River House; the town centre is a 15 - 20 minute stroll or 5 minute drive, or head down to the river and walk or mountain bike the old pine plantation trail along the river and join the rails-to-trails track to the West of town. Or simply use this home-from-home as the perfect base to explore world-class food, wine and surf beaches all within a quick drive.
