Dunsborough is a great base from which to enjoy the SW Capes region famous for its vineyards, galleries, surf beaches, golf courses, forests, walking/bike trails, caves, fishing and safe bay beaches. An easy 700m walk to family safe ‘old Dunsborough’ beach, and easy access beyond to the Meelup coastal trail. Situated in a in a quiet cul-de-sac about 1 km from town.
Other things to note
The property is close to the Dunsborough Country Club and Old Dunsborough Hall/Art Gallery. You can gain access to these amenities for a small fee and prior booking. The amenities include tennis courts, a dry golf course, bowling green and a bar restaurants open late afternoon and some evenings at very reasonable prices. You can walk through the Country Club grounds as a shortcut to Old Dunsborough boat ramp and beach.
