White Dunes Retreat - Exclusive Escapes

White Dunes Retreat is the perfect family holiday home. Situated directly across the road with uninterrupted views of Geographe Bay, you will wake up in the morning to beautiful sunrises across the bay. Start your day with a walk along the foreshore on the path that winds its way through ancient groves of peppi trees, or walk into town to grab a coffee and croissant for breakfast.

The house features a large front deck and enclosed yard, perfect for lazy afternoons enjoying a BBQ or sunset drinks. Entering the house, the main living, kitchen and dining area are at the front of the home with views to Geographe Bay. The master bedroom and 3-way ensuite are also at the front of the house with great views. The second and third bedrooms are in the middle section of the house and both have queen-sized beds. At the rear of the house is the fourth bedroom, which has a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top). Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 and the living area are air conditioned. Bedroom 3 has a ceiling fan and is cooled and heated by the air conditioner in the main living area.

There is a small rear year with a grassed area and clothesline to hang your washing or beach towels. A washing machine is also available for use.

Some things to note about booking this property:

This house shares a driveway with a rear neighbor. The far left-hand side of the driveway needs to be left clear at all times for access to the rear house. Parking is strictly limited to 4 cars.

Linen is included with every booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bath mat, hand and face towel(s). This property is self catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
