Wilderness by The Sea is a beautiful large house with an indoor rain water SPA nestled on four acres of classic bush.

WE DON'T ACCOMMODATE SCHOOL LEAVERS. WE DONT ALLOW BUCKS NIGHTS.

THIS HOUSE HAS A VOLLEYBALL/BADMINTON COURT, POOL TABLE, INDOOR TABLE TENNIS TABLE AND DART BOARD FOR THOSE WHO ARE FEELING LUCKY.

This house is filled with endless amounts of character and charm. Minutes away from pristine beaches and the famous Margaret River surf break. A quick drive into town will find you in amongst the cafes, restaurants and art galleries. Just down the road are a few world renowned wineries including Leeuwin Estate and Voyager. A short stroll from the house are local attractions including an 18 hole golf, cave tours, bush walks, the cheese factory, chocolate factory and more! Perfect for families, groups or a honeymoon couple wanting something special.

HOUSE LAYOUT

This house is made of high rammed earth walls, sections of mud brick, selected timbers and floor-to-ceiling glass panels to maximise the natural bush views around the house.
Wake up to the sound of surf and birds singing their morning song. Every room in the house has a view overlooking the native bush.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The first level incorporates a fully equipped gourmet kitchen which overlooks the rosemary and lavender bushes, elevated sunny breakfast area which seats up to 4 guests, a large Jarrah table sits amongst the dining area which seats 10 comfortably. Moving through the first level is the first bedroom which has a queen bed and a set of bunks, a spacious lounge and a cozy wood fire. Indoor rain water SPA which is surrounded by glass windows and a sliding door which finds you outside on the veranda overlooking the outside entertainment area including a BBQ and an alfresco dining table. The first bathroom and laundry are located on the first level. Sweeping up the stair case through to the master bedroom with a king size bed, single bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The house has beautiful inside verandas linking you to the 3rd bedroom which has a queen bed and then through to the second wing which has a full-size pool table, second lounge area which converts into an area with 2 single beds. Then flows through to the 4th bedroom which has a queen bed with ensuite. The second floor spills out onto the outside decking which is engulfed with passionfruit and grape vines, this deck overlooks the block and is a beautiful area to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down in amongst the trees.

Bedroom 1 Downstairs - Queen bed and a Set of bunks
Bedroom 2 Upstairs - Very large master bedroom with 1 king and 1 single plus ensuite
Bedroom 3 Upstairs - Queen bed
Bedroom 4 Upstairs - Queen bed with ensuite
Overflow area upstairs works as the 5th bedroom sectioned off by curtains has 2 single beds and shares the 4th bedroms ensuite.

The third bathroom is downstairs off the indoor spa area. Separate toilet.

This house can accomadate10 guests comfortably as its a large house. .

Wilderness by The Sea is a completly private retreat.

There is passion fruit to be picked when in season. The house is surrounded by native south west bush.

Whales passing by can be observed from the coast just mins away from the house.

The whole property runs off rain water which makes you feel rejuvenated.
It is truelly a beautifully designed house to accomodate everyone's needs.
