Town is close by with easy access via the beach path or only a minutes drive away. With the beach right on your doorstep you can swim, explore rock pools, fish or put the boat in the water at the nearby boat ramp.
If you prefer to unwind at home, the spacious deck provides the perfect spot to savour a glass of wine while soaking in the mesmerising ocean view.
Hampton House is a welcoming beachfront holiday home that is ideal for couples, families or groups of up to 8 people.
The spacious white beach house is located just streets back from the waters edge in Old Dunsborough. This sheltered beach, part of Geographe Bay, has extensive shallow waters, rock pools and a netted swimming area, perfect for an all year round holiday stay where you can relax and unwind.
This house is stylishly furnished and fully equipped with contemporary new appliances to ensure a stress-free stay.
The house is in an idyllic location and when you are ready for entertainment and food, it is an easy walk or short drive into town where there are numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. Or, you can feast at the local food vans that pull up by the play ground just two minutes away (the curry van is one of my personal favourite places to eat).
There is a boat ramp, jetty and playground/park a short stroll along the pathway from the house or you can walk on to the National Park to join extensive walking tracks to Meelup Beach and Bunker Bay.
As you will be on the doorstep of the Margaret River Wine Region and all that the South West of WA offers, you can take a drive and enjoy the local wineries, breweries, world class restaurants, fine arts and furniture galleries.

The light bright kitchen is well appointed with plenty of bench space for the foodies in your family. It has a gas cook top, dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer, double sink, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large pantry, plenty of utensils, crockery and glassware.
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed which opens into a walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite. The bath overlooks the ocean and picturesque bay with amazing skies at sunrise and sunset.
Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 are downstairs with queen size beds and shared access to the second bathroom.
In Bedroom 5, you'll find a single bunk bed specially designed for children. Please note that this bunk bed is intended exclusively for kids and cannot accommodate adults due to weight restrictions. The kids' room is a delightful hideaway equipped with a TV and an assortment of toys, making it the perfect space for young ones to enjoy.
The bathroom downstairs has a bath, shower and separate toilet.
Old Dunsborough is in close proximity to all the SouthWest has to offer.
Town can be accessed via a walking path along the beaches edge. This track is a beautiful bike and running track that continues down to Quindalup.
If you are driving it will only take a couple of minutes.
Meelup Beach, Castle Rock, Bunkers Bay are all short drives away.
Yallingup and Smiths Beach are under a 10 minute drive from Hampton House.
The living/dining room and the kids bunk room are the only parts of the house which are air conditioned. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
