This absolute gem of a house is situated in Old Dunsborough, within walking distance to the boat ramp and netted swimming beach. This house has been newly renovated and is bright and modern. (The final landscaping updates are due in Feb/ March 2022). Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen contains all modern appliances and there is plenty of space to cook for all your family and friends. There is a Nespresso pod machine (BYO pods) in the kitchen. Just off the main living area is a separate TV room with a second TV, a great space for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach. Both TVs are set up as smart TV's, and there is WIFI available at the property for your use.

The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 contains a queen-sized bed, and bedroom 3 has 2x singles. There are 2 bathrooms – the main bathroom is beautiful with a full-size bath and separate shower The second bathroom has a shower and converts to a fully equipped laundry as well.

This house is perfect for a family or couples sharing the space, and the entire house is kept at a comfortable temperature year-round with ducted air conditioning. It is in an ideal, quiet location just a short stroll from the netted swimming beach in Old Dunsborough.
