Riviera Retreat - Exclusive Escapes

This is a large, modern holiday home comprising of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Upstairs you'll find the ensuite master bedroom with king-sized bed, a second bedroom with king-sized bed and a third bedroom with 2 singles. All enjoy personal balconies with ocean views. The fourth bedroom located downstairs contains a queen bed. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Downstairs finds you in a spacious open plan living/dining area that will make entertaining easy.

With a beautifully appointed kitchen, cooking for guests will be a pleasure. The living area is huge with a large flat screen TV.

This wonderful area opens up to the outdoor entertaining space with BBQ and large alfresco dining table. The fourth bedroom is also down here with a queen bed.

The backyard is lovely with a lush green grass and a smattering of shady trees; perfect for eating breakfast whilst listening to the birds and feeling the sultry ocean breezes.

The location of the house is superb with beaches, cycle path and kids playgrounds all on your doorstep. Unfortunately, boats, jetskis and trailers are not permitted at this property due to parking restrictions.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

Sadly, both fires in the property are for display only and not to be lit.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
