Located one street back from Geographe Bay, this light filled house is great for a getaway in Dunsborough.

Only a 2 minute walk to the centre of town or 1 minute walk to the beach - you can start your day with breakfast at one of the many restaurants or cafes after a refreshing dip in the ocean.

This newly renovated house boasts a massive grassed backyard area, plus under cover front verandah and back patio areas. The kitchen is well equipped to cook, with oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

Little garage for bikes/surfboards/kayaks. Recently installed outdoor hot and cold shower on back patio. Reverse cycle A/C, free WiFi, BBQ.

Parking for 2 vehicles (not on lawn)

No Pets. No Parties. Whole home is for your exclusive use.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
